Woodstock Optical remains open for essential services. We are continuing to remain open with our regular hours, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm.
Please call our office at 519-537-5531 to book a visit, be it to select new glasses or contact lenses, have your present eyewear adjusted or repaired or to book an eye exam. We are excited to welcome back drop-in appointments as we enter the second phase of Ontario’s COVID-19 reopening plan. Our independent doctor of optometry, Dr Kassam, is still offering eye exams and we will be able to place patients in need of his services on the waiting list which presently is about one month. It also is mandatory to wear a face covering, i.e. a face mask or face shield while visiting us.
We also want to assure everyone that all our frames are thoroughly disinfected and all areas of the dispensary are also disinfected after each client’s visit.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding during this pandemic!!
Our boutique is well-stocked with affordable and high-quality eyewear to suit your style at any price point. With approximately 600 pairs of frames and 600 pairs of sunglasses for you to try on, we know you’ll find something you love.
We use advanced technology to give you the best experience we can. Whether it’s identifying your most accurate prescription with our autorefractor, or saving you time and money with our in-house optical lab, Woodstock Optical offers a state-of-the-art eye care experience.
Woodstock Optical is Woodstock’s first and only boutique with an in-house lab, which can mean shorter wait times for eyewear, and even lower prices. There’s simply no competing with our standard of service.
Regular eye exams are a vital part of ensuring your vision remains healthy and vibrant for years to come. Dr. Kassam is on-site, ready to evaluate your eye health and ensure your prescription is up to date.
Vision is necessary for a child’s success, both in and out of the classroom. In fact, 80% of learning is visual. Annual eye exams ensure your child can clearly see the bright future ahead of them.
The way we use our phones, tablets, and laptops forces our eyes to work overtime, leading to digital eye strain. However, there are products and strategies to protect your eyes from extended screen time.
Your eyes are unique, like fingerprints, which means finding the right contacts can be difficult. We work with you to find the most comfortable and effective contact lenses for your visual needs.
